So, Who Am I?
Hey, I'm Dorne - founder of Female AI Hub.
I've been building automation systems, chatbots and digital workflows for over 11 years. I spoke at ManyChat's very first conference in Texas in 2018. I've worked inside franchises, coaching businesses, aesthetic clinics, course creation platforms and everything in between - connecting tools, streamlining systems and making technology actually do what it's supposed to do.
I started using AI back in 2023 - downloaded ChatGPT and honestly, the pace of change since then has been unbelievable. What it could do then compared to what's possible now is a completely different world. By 2025 I was working across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini - each one with its own strengths and use cases - and I haven't looked back since.
I launched Female AI Hub in 2025 because I kept seeing the same thing over and over again - brilliant women running brilliant businesses, completely overwhelmed by the noise around AI and with no idea how automation, systems and smarter processes could transform the way they work. They knew something needed to change. They just didn't know where to start.
That felt like a problem worth solving. So I did something about it and created the Female AI Hub 😃
I'm a Northern girl from Halifax, West Yorkshire. I like a strong coffee to start the day, Yorkshire Tea to keep me going, and a well-earned glass of Sauvignon at the end of the week. I don't take myself too seriously - life's too short for that. But I do take 'your' business seriously. And that's the bit that matters.
THIS IS WHY THE FEMALE AI HUB EXISTS...
If you're avoiding AI and automation because it all feels a bit overwhelming - I get it. And if you've had a dabble but feel like you're barely scratching the surface of what it could actually do for you - I get that too.
But it's not a technology problem.
It's a clarity problem.
And as the Founder of the Female AI Hub, it's my job is to cut through the noise with you, help you figure out what's actually worth your time, and show you how to use AI and automation in a way that genuinely makes your business run better - with less of you manually holding it all together.
But, I need to be straight with you about something...
Just because I work in AI doesn't mean I think everything about it is brilliant!

- Content published without anyone actually checking it
- People being misled by things that look real but aren't
- Jobs being replaced without thought for the people behind them
It's a lot - and it's completely okay to feel uneasy about some of it.
I do too.
But let's be honest - this isn't new.
It happened when the internet launched, when social media took off, when bitcoin arrived. Every new technology brings people who use it well (like you and I) and people who use it to cut corners, mislead or just plain get it wrong. AI is no different.
What IS different is that we get to choose how we use it.
As a business owner who loves automation, systems and finding smarter ways to work - AI just enhances what I already do.
Whether that's generative AI helping me create content in a fraction of the time, or using AI tools to take on repetitive tasks that used to eat up my day - it speeds everything up - without replacing the human behind it.
And that's the bit that matters most to me.
The ethics around AI - how it's used, who it impacts, and whether the humans behind it are being honest about what it actually is - that's a conversation I think we all need to be having.
Everything I teach and everything I build is grounded in one simple principle - you are always the human in the loop. AI is the tool. You are the one in charge.
I use AI every single day in my business - to help me think, to get me started, to speed things up. But nothing leaves my business without me reading it, checking it and putting my own stamp on it. And that's exactly what I'll show you how to do too.
